The Temporary Accommodation Service was activated on 16 November 2020 in response to damage caused by severe rainfall the week prior.
Our matching and placement coordinators worked with 106 affected households to understand their housing needs, identify temporary accommodation options, and provide guidance on how to access support services such as insurance advice and financial assistance.
